What is Liquidation.com?
Liquidation.com is wholesale and surplus auctions by liquidators (online liquidation auctions).
What does this mean to you?
This means you have access to products at wholesale prices in over 500 categories. You can buy items at wholesale and sell them on eBay, Amazon, Overstock or your own online store.
Is Liquidation.com a Scam?
No it is legitimate company (Check their BBB record). BUT it is very easy to loose money if you ignore 5 simple rules below.
Is it Good for Selling on eBay?
Is it a good place to buy items at wholesale and sell them on eBay?
Yes, if you follow 5 simple rules:
- Condition of a product – it may vary from brand-new to salvage. Make sure that you double check the condition before you bid on item. Because there is nothing worse than end up with a product you cannot sell. In 99.9% it doesn’t worth to deal with “used”, “salvage”, “shelf pull” or “refurbished” lots. There is no way to determine upfront what would be the exact condition and item identified as a retail return can turn out to be a damaged item and you can end up in a very tricky situation when you have to lose money just to get rid of the product. It is very hard to get your money back because their terms and conditions regarding any guarantees are somewhat blurry and Liquidation.com makes no guarantees of functionality and completeness of accessories. So save yourself a lot of time and money and DO NOT bid on “used”, “salvage”, “shelf pull” or “refurbished” lots. There are a lot of people that did and lost their money – you can find their complaints all over the Internet. So the takeaway from here is to deal with NEW products, this way you can be sure you get working assets in original package with complete set of the characteristics/qualities/ features.
- Always take into consideration before bidding:
- Buyer’s Premium-5% from the final bid price and shipping cost. Liquidation.com offers two shipping options: first – they ship to you; second you may pick it up yourself. They have 8 locations around USA.
- Have maximum amount you willing to pay in mind before you bid. Don’t fall for auction spinning. (If a bid was made 3 min before auction end, they extend time to give other bidders chance).
- Find out the average sale price for a product you’re planning to bid for. Have that number in front of you when you’re bidding. If auction price is more than you willing to pay – stop, calm down and find another auction with same merchandise. It happened to me when I was about to overpay $200 for the lot. I did stop and couple days later purchased the same lot for $300 less.
- If you live in certain states (Arkansas, California, Indiana, New Jersey or Texas) you may have to pay sales tax.
- Always check manifest for exact models and quantities.
- Liquidation.com is not a drop shipper and they cannot offer you the same renewable spectra of products all the time. You cannot absolutely rely on their source of products if you have your own online store. Always have some product reserve at home, so running out of stock horror never happens to you.
So with these rules in mind you can go ahead and surf their website looking for bargains.

Liquidation.com Complaints
Liquidation.com is different from other auction sites. With most auction sites, your transaction is between a person or business and yourself. At Liquidation.com, most of the products are warehoused and shipped by Liquidation.com. This gives you security and reliability. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been guarding consumers against fraud for decades. I strongly recommend that before you invest in ANY purchase for your eBiz, you check with the BBB to be sure that you’re buying from a reputable company. Click Here to see Liquidation.com BBB record. The company’s size, volume of business and number of transactions may have a bearing on the number of complaints received by the BBB. The complaints filed against a company may not be as important as the type of complaints, and how the company has handled them. Note, considering that they have number of complaints on file, most of them were resolved. BTW if you have problem accessing their site you may need to buy socks or use online proxy service as they may be blocking some countries.
How safe is Liquidation.com?
One of the biggest concerns about buying anything online is always reliability! Is the vendor or seller honest? Will I get my products? Is it safe to give out my credit card to anyone? With Liquidation.com, you buy directly FROM Liquidation.com. The product comes directly from them (in most cases), not the seller. The transaction is usually between you and Liquidation.com. Knowing this will generate a sense of comfort and assurance that your large transaction purchases are not scams. So far Liquidation.com has conducted 1.8 million transactions between 1.2 million registered users generating over $1 billion in gross merchandise value.
Conclusion
No matter if you’re selling on eBay or you have your own online store, you can supply product sourcing by using liquidation items to draw customers to your business at bargain-basement prices, and then show your customers your higher-priced regular product line. This is called “Loss Leader strategy”(all big stores are successfully using it), and liquidation products are perfect for this time-tested method! If used right you can find great deals on Liquidation.com and you can score BIG. With 5 rules in mind, Liquidation.com is absolutely worth trying. Membership is absolutely FREE. You get wholesale supply of products in over 500 categories. One more suggestion – do not jump right away in computer and consumer electronics category, because a lot of people do the same and they jack up the bid prices. Look over clothing and accessories, house wares, hardware and equipment. There are plenty of HOT deals going on right now. So do not hesitate to check it out for yourself. Visit official Liquidation.com website.
I dont suggest buying from them at all. Why?
1. you can’t cancel bid. they sneak in a 15% or $200 charge per item if you dont pay OR they dont send it and have no choice but to cancel after set time (riiight)
2. They really screw you on shipping. Like big time.
You can’t reason with them as that $200 is what they are after. Yuo will hav eno recourse but to file a dispute with cc company.
Btw if you register to bid notice how they say provide us with a cc for “verification” purposes. My ass what they do is charge you $200 time x if you come to your senses and see the taxes (which they only tell you by email after you bid!) btw and shipping.
You remove card from their system but guess what they still retain the info. They charge and again no recourse but a chargeback.
WOW!!! That was great information about liquidation online stores. Thanks for the info, this will save me a lot of headaches when purchasing anything from these sites. I will probably use some of these items as promotions for my future online store. Thanks
I have bought several big lots from liquidation.com that have made me pretty good money, the real “secret” is to avoid so called hot items like electronics, computers, iPads, iPhones etc.. Because everybody is bidding on them and they jack up the prices so you have no chance to make profit. They key is to bid in categories that are not oversaturated and do your market research before you buy.
Just don’t use Liquidation.com . Buyer premium rate and quantity variant fee are hurting your transactions, add in the tax and the shipping. If you are buying somewhere to try and make profit. Please, do not use liquidation.com. It is a legitimate company, you are also almost safe in using paypal , your items will almost be shipped to your door. But!!!! everyone is paying a lot for items. The items which u can get your hands on will usually be those of shelve surplussed item (those items which customers won’t buy in the shopping center)
I used this site, and bought 2 big transactions over 3 days monitoring at 12 hours a day.
You will be yelling at the other people who bid on items, and or regretting yourself knowing who would pay so much for those heavily used item at 80% of the price of the brand new products.
Last word “You will not be making money off of these people”
As of where to buy your wholesale at and make profit from ? I am still looking for one
Buying something without seeing it is a big risk. Especially when you buy things that you can not return, then you have an idea how risky it is. That is how you buy from Liquidation.com. Even you follow a good guidance, buying new items only, there is still much more than 50% chance you end up with unprofitable merchandise.
Let’s say that Liquidation.com is not a scam company, but you hardly know the sellers and the merchandise that you are buying from them. I discovered that most of the new items sold here are cheaply China made, and a lot of times they are overbid. In my experience, you should not buy from a long time sellers that always sell new items on this site. Reasons: In order to make money with a huge fee they have to pay for Liquidation.com, more than 90% of their items are very cheap made in China, and these items are very hard to be resale for profit. Do you get a picture?
Conclusion: Do not buy from Liquidation.com
Hi,
After my first bid on liquidation.com, I bid on a lot of 200 beautiful skirts that as per description are brand new and unpacked. I used their shipping charges calculator, which basically estimated the shipping charge to be around let’s say $40-50. So I thought perfect. My bid was $130 on the lot, and I was okay with paying $40-50 on shipping. Well, once I won the bid my invoice was waiting for me to pay $281.59. My jaw literally dropped. I looked at the shipping charge and there it was
200 Brand New Ladies Fashion Skirts, 200pcs $130.00 $130.00
Shipping & Logistics $145.41
Buyer’s Premium $6.50
Grand Total $281.91
$145.41 whopping dollars! More than the lot I bid on. I immediatelly contacted them via their online chat, She told me that the shipping charges calculator is just estimation!!! Estimation that is off by freaking $100, almost tripple than what it tells you once you calcuate the shipping charges for the lot! I was blown away, but there was no way out. I had to scramble and somehow pay this invoice that honestly I am not even interested anymore in these skirts…..Still it’s a good deal since I am getting 200 at the price of $1.5 considering the total of the invoice was $281.91. But I don’t think it’s right for them to elude people into thinking that you will pay for shipping $40-50 and then all of a sudden it’s $150. triple!!! This was my first and my last purchase on liquidation.com, until they fix their shipping calculator. I work in logistics dept as an import coordinator so I know how this works and this is totally off, you feel like you got ripped off. If I provided to my customers shipping quotes like this, we wouldn’t have logistics dept anymore….
Hi,
Thanks for your review. Have you been able to sell the skirts and were the skirts all brand new? I was looking at some men and women clothing that seems reasonably price to bid on and I did the same thing and saw the shipping is only $40 -$50.00. I’m so glad I read your review. You don’t mind a low price item to sell, but I’m like you. Just the thought of paying that much for shipping sounds ridiculous to me and will probably drive me away from dealing with a company as such.
Liqiuidation.com is an easy way to become a millionaire you just need to be,a billionaire first. This company screws you at so many points, starting with a buyers premium, outrages high shipping fees and finally not sending what you really were biding for but cheap made China items. Seriously DO NOT USE THEM! Don’t make the same mistake I made.
Lost $ 650 dollars.People please stay from Liquidation.com.They will take you money and not much you can do.Customer service bunch of layers.I got new product and quality were less than from dollar store. Try to return it but company will not except.BUNCH OF THEFTS
Hi, I will not use this site again, not satisfied at all.
I tell you what guys, this is a very scary thought, i was a victim of Liquidation.com and i almost lost $12K in 2 weeks of purchasing from that web site, I think the only think they sale is counterfeit and expired merchandise, after i started receiving the items i found out that all of it is counterfeit made in china and nothing is US made, like they have claimed.
i had to write a letter to my governor in Texas and the UPS, to get my money back, i learned how they do business, they actually buy merchandise from china or expired items from retail stores, and they set there own sellers and they claim as they have no direct tied with them, when the auction starts they get you all excited and towards the end they someone will start bidding higher so you can try to over bid him.
please DON’T USE THEM, they are bad news.
I wish i read all your reviews and relpies before i got myself involved in this mess.I bought and paid for my items the same hour I won the bid.. three days later no shipping justt he stupid tacking info..when i called customer service i was told is their policy with the seller to give them 4 days..I read the agreement and policy, and guess what..i didnt find anything in their that state seller have 4 days to ship the product. of course they have an answer for that too..they ask me to read the Q&A from the buyer side..I did it sais in their you 1 to 12 business day to receive the product..OMG why you give me tracking number id ups is not going to pick up the boxes..and yes like most of you here i paid total of 85 for both my shippments.. please tell all your friend not to use them..cause in their website theseller have the upper hand..buyer screw you.. bad experience. i wish at least after all this heartacke my items are good..Damn
Well, i’m a bit perplexed by all the comments. Over the last couple days I purchased a couple lots on liquidation.com that I thought were great deals. One lot was 4 returned “light used” Visio 3D tv’s (three 47″ & one 42″) that I got for around $363.69 each (average of my winning bid of $1347 + 8% premium / 4) which I know I can sell for min of $550 (that they are going for on e-bay). But better yet I deal locally so I don’t have to spend money on shipping my products out and having to pay e-bays fees. Craig’s List is a wonderful tool (doesn’t hurt to have a store front either that they can come see and test out my products before they buy). I did a lot of research before I pulled the trigger on this TV purchase and I was pleasantly surprised that I won and was only the 3rd bidder (prob not the norm)! YES I agree once you tack on the shipping and tax to the order it does bump up the price severly, but you guys have to be smart! DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING – i.e. do not bid on items that you do not have the option to pick them up and this means do not use the site if you can not go pick up the items. I live in Dayton and the IN warehouse is about 2.5 hrs away so in order to save even more, I bought another electorics lot to fill up my SUV (prob paid too much $406 + 8% = $438, someone was bidding me up… hmmmm sounds familliar). This lot had 16 additional items all returns again with good boxes in the pic (hopefully they will work well… crossing my fingers), that I can pair with the T.V.’s, i.e. sound bars, receivers, etc. But I would never have bought them if I couldn’t pick up the items myself ($106 in shipping, don’t think so it would have prob cost $200+ according to you all, then where’s the profit after that?).
And as far as the tax goes, aren’t you all resellers? Then why don’t you have your tax exempt sellers certificate so you can have them not charge you tax? Now mind you I have not picked up the items yet and I’m a bit scared after reading your comments, but I feel secure knowing that I won “light” returns with no known issues (as per their manifest & pictures) – just missing some “accessories” which I take to mean the 3d glasses since the remotes were in the pics and on the reports, but we’ll see. These are all passive 3D models which the glasses are dirt cheap (same ones in theaters).
So in conclusion, I would only use liquidation.com if you can pick your items up and have a tax exempt certificate & don’t try to buy anything with the letter “i” in front of it, my gosh these are going for CRAZZZZY money!! WTF? Also stay away from salvage and broken items (unless you are handy with a screwdriver)! Well, that’s my 2 cent’s. Sorry for the long post. Bash away at me if I’m wrong, I can take it. 😉
BTW anyone want to buy a nice 3D T.V. cheap – only $599 for you – in home set up is free (if you live close that is)!!! I got some really nice sound bars w/sub’s, blu ray players & receivers as well: all cheap!!! lol. … gotta keep selling!
FOLLOW UP….
I picked up my merch and was pleasantly surpirsed. All items were as listed in manifest except for one sound bar that was missing. After I noticed it wasn’t on the pallet I went inside to speak with Nichole about it and was given a refund of $65 (from my $406) total bid. I thought I would just get a soundbar off the shelf but I guess not (it’s high security in there boys), either way it was fine. I was pleasantly surprised a week later when I got the confirmation of my refund that they gave me even more, in fact $74.75 !!! Good news! I prob would have only gotten $75 for it anyway if I were to sell it. So I’m happy.
With the TV’s they all were working out of the box exept for one (remote not responding). I was able to fix it since it turned out to be that the screw holding the infared eye inside the TV in place had broken off the plastic (prob dropped a bit for that to happen / the case had a hairline crack on the bottom so I’m assuming that’s what happened which is why it was returned) any way – easy fix. Also one of the DVD recorder had a huge jig saw puzzle inside the machine jamming up the tray (kids lol), an easy fix after I opened it. Everything else was great, most of the other electronics were not even opened!
To sum up, I’ll be able to make a good $500 – $700 profit on my two lots without any problems. One thing to keep in mind though is that if you are planning on picking up the itmes expect to wait a good hour or hour and a half to get your stuff out to your car (at least I had to wait but it was around lunch time and they had only 1 guy for the most part bringing the stuff out to the cars since the other worker was on lunch break). Also again stay away from their buy now crap. It’s all china made crap. Just go for the light or if you are lucky excelent quality return lots & don’t overbid! Do your research, make sure you know how much you will make and set limits on your bids. And don’t ship your stuff, that will kill your bottom line. If you can’t pick them up don’t bid (especially on the heavy lots)! I’m gonna hit the PS3 lots soon. My 2 cents.
Don’t buy unless it shows their is repeat customers on the feedback sheet. “burn me once shame on me burn me twice…”
Glad i read all the reviews before making any bids. Its always the same, make sure you read the fine print and check all the charges that apply on top of the purchase. Had a bad feeling about this. Thank you all for the comments.
DO NOT BUY FROM LIQUIDATION.COM – EVER!!!!! I purchased a lot of bracelets for my business and they were described as silver with genuine gemstones. I was charged almost $50 in shipping and when they arrived the silver tone was turning black on 98% of the bracelets and the ROCKS that were glued on were the farthest thing from a genuine gemstone! When I filed a dispute they rejected it saying that my pictures looked like the bracelets in the auction pictures????? They said that i can’t prove they aren’t real stones by pictures. I can’t give these crap bracelets away. There is no way for you to leave feedback or get your money back for the trash they sell. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! RUN FAST!
I haven’t used liquidation.com; however, I noticed that a lot of the negative reviews contain spelling and grammatical errors, making me question the intelligence of the reviewer. If you don’t know how to spell a word, you can look it up on -line. For grammatical errors, I’m not sure what to suggest.
If you plan on calling people out on spelling and grammer, might be a good idea to not to do the same, idiot…. LOL..
I just started using Liquidations.com..So far I see no issue, but I have yet to get my 1st order which I just won a few days ago. I have noticed complaints about shipping costs, I have to say that I have memberships with other wholesalers, and shipping with all of them is about the same.
To prevent overbidding, I just simply find what I want and do my figures from there. I have a set price for each auction as to what I am willing to spend, after figuring out what my possible profits would be after the cost of each piece, shipping, my rental cost at the flea market and taxes, if my profits stay within a certain range thats when I figure in the most I am willing to spend on a auction, if however my profit falls below what I want to make, I will pass up that auction and go onto the next.
Its really not that hard to do. Another thing I do when I look at an auction is take a really good look at the pieces I am wanting to bid on, ask myself what I would be willing to sell each piece for, then at that time I look at view manifest, see what that says I can get for each piece. Yes sometimes I think what they say each piece is worth is a bit much, but then again I never go by what they say I can get. Good example: I was looking at this auction that basically said I can get I think it was $30 for each piece, if I put in a bid and won the auction with shipping the lot would have cost me about $170,I found the exact same lot on one of the other sites I go on, that site said I would get $8.50 per piece and total cost including shipping cost was $106… yeah the other source got my business with that lot needless to say, especially since upon looking at the lot I said I would sell it for $7 a piece.
Last but not least.I only bid on auctions that are new.
i’ve been buying from liquidation for several years with little issues. like everything else you need to do your research. i make a sheet that has what i researched i can sell for, shipping fees, liquidation fee, profits. i deduct everything from the researched amount and that’s what i bid, if i get it for less i make more if i don’t i make what i figured. it’s pretty simple. there is no way that they had $40-$50 shipping fees for 200 skirts, clothes are heavy. if they made that kind of mistakes on shipping they would be out of business. you have to do your research!!!…..i sell clothes on ebay bought from liquidation.com it is my full time job and i make very good money, full time pay. i spend a few hours a day doing research on ebay, amazon, webstore, craigslist, ubid, bonanza, boocoo, google and other places.
do your research. liquidation.com is one of the best places to buy things to sell. too many people think that they are gooing to buy a few ipads and make tons of money. you have to find the right items and electronics are no good there are people who buy ipads for $50 less than you can get them brand new with warranty from amazon. i’m not sure why maybe they are shill bidders for liquidation or just morons?????not sure but who i going to buy a used item for a few dollars less than you can buy it brand new.
again, do your research!!
last year i bought 1000 toy guns from liquidation.com for .15 each and final cost was .26 each after fees and shipping, then i had to store these 1000 items so i rented a public storage unit and it took a year to sell all of them and that storage cost me $1000.00 for the year. i sold everyone for $14.99…………….you do the math!……i made great money.
Hi ,
I rode your review about liquidation.com .. I want to start my bidding at liquidation.com and all these reviews made me get scared to start, but when I got into your review I thought that you may help me in this … will you please tell me what is the best thing to bid on and as a starter what should I consider to avoid money loss ..
thank you
Hi Tina,
I would start with sometghing small, so you don’t have to spend whole lot of money to test the market, if you want to make sure you can make profit on those products do some market research, here are some video tutorials on how to find profitable products to sell http://www.powerofcomparison.com/terapeak-review/
I lost $500 ordering lots on this website. I will never purchase from them again.
Beware Liquidation.com. Beware of what you bid on. The suggested retail value is always 40% less than what they say. Items are supposed to be returns but you will recieve salvage items in the lots losing another 30% of the value. This has been happening more and more lately. The newest scam from them is that if you bid on an auction and you get it cheap they will cancel the auction, even if you already paid and they will give you some excuse. It wasnt supposed to listed for auction, it was a mistake, it belongs to a different bidder. This has happenbed to me 3 times now where I win an auction for good deal and something mysterious happens where it gets canceled. Scam artists.
Bought 7 TVs. 3 of these TVs were total junk. Lost a good amount of money. STAY AWAY FROM Liquidation.com
liquidation is not a scam company. i get 3-4 pallets a week from them for the last 5 years and have never had happen what Alex says. i do not believe that at all. maybe you did not do your research and are bitter? so what the retail price is wrong………….does anything ever sell at suggestede retail prices? ever? if you do your homework and research you can make a very good living. if you think you are going to pay $500 for an auction that states it’s $1000 retail you are a moron and are in the wrong business. actually i love when newbies who don’t do their research bid based on retail prices because when they go to sell they have to keep the prices high and i make more on my sales. if you can’t make money on liquidation you are doing something wrong. this is not a get rich quick place. i spend 8-10 hours a day 7 days a week doing research. not every product is good for all market places.
Thank you Gary for saying what I was thinking! I’m an Ebay power seller and I’ve just recently started using liquidation.com to expand my resale inventory. If people do their research and use the shipping calculator then they won’t feel “ripped off”.
Seems like a lot of folks don’t understand that you have to spend money to make money. If you think you’re going to double or triple your money on Returns, Salvage, or cheap Chinese fakes, you are too inexperienced to buy from a liquidation site. Hit the garage sale circuit for a year or two first! Then you can learn junk from treasure, and the real costs of doing business too.
I have had a few good deals and even the bad one with 1/2 the computers defective I still made money parting them out. They did honor a miss-represented item claim I made that. My problem is with the idiots overbidding this stuff. I just watched 2 more go by. They are usualy lots of 4 Laptops and people are bidding them over $300 each. After the 8% buyers fee and $20 shipping for each latop they are costing $340 to your door. They are only selling for $379-$399 on ebay and they are offering free shipping. Add in ebay, shipping and PayPal fees andyou will be lucky to break even.
Don’t buy any electronic or any item from liquidation.com they will rip you off.
2 week ago I did buy a touch pad from liquidation.com that is the biggest mistake i ever make, anyway the battery is only last less then 1 hour and they say is reasonable the battery life time less they i hour and the deny my dispute claim…
And then when i try to reopen the case they told me they already send the item back to me…!!! unbelievable i was so mad ……
Please for anyone who’s read this don’t ever……ever…buy anything from liquidation.com they rip off your money and they have the worse customer service i ever deal with…..
Hi Dmitry! Do you know about other website where i can buy to resale kind like liquidation.com and that is safe to buy and more reliable??
I was wondering if anyone knows the shipping cost of these goods to canada and if there is custom charges or any other fee’s??
I have had nothing but positives experiences with liquidations. I have doubled my money on almost everything I have bought. Luckily for me I live in Las Vegas, they have a warehouse here in Las Vegas. I only buy items from this warehouse so I can locally pick them up. This saves me crazy money in shipping fee’s I get to avoid.”DON”T GET CAUGHT IN THEIR SHIPPING SCAM” if you can pick your items up locally then you need to change your focus on what your buying and buy small light lots. Minimum shipping charge is 40 bucks I think. Find items your familiar with around you r house. A example is dyson vacuums, Everyone wants one they are really expensive new and they are all over liquidations. rebuilding a dyson vacuum is really easy. You can YouTube videos on how to do this anyone can do it. So then you can feel comfortable buying a item that may or may not work. I buy items that are returns or new mostly. I made crazy money buying high end speakers and reselling them on craigslist only because they had cracked plastic grills which I could buy from the manufacture for insanely cheap price. I have also had decent luck in salvage electronics apple tv’s, headphones ,software ext… items like these are hard for liquidations to test so they just throw them in the salvage bin and they worked perfectly when I received them. Remember some of the items you buy will be under warranty from the manufacture and they will replace the items for free in some cases. Remember everything is not a good deal don’t get caught up in a bidding war. Hope this helps some you out there and happy bidding!!
I bought some berets and some prom type dresses recently. I thought that they were from a department store in the USA, but all of the cartons that they arrived in were directly from China.
I am a little doubtful now.
just purchased three brand new lots. first one ac delco intake manifolds. paid $100 shipping almost $500. got them and no where they say ac delco. there cheaper version. 2nd lot new phaser toners. they were refurbished. last lot remote control cars. only lot that was right. but they list the resell price on the manifest as cars $44.99each. manifolds $600 each and toner $18,000 resell value. these items will never sell. so here’s what u do. do not pay paypal because you’ll have to send back first. my $500 shipment that they over charged ups wants $1800 to ship back. so they can send it here for $500 but almost 4 times that to send back. use a mac card from your local bank. your fdic insured and they will take the charge off. u can keep the items and still sell them. most likely u can sell dirt cheap now to make some money just to get rid of.
I just purchased 30 new purses from liquidation.com and I will have to keep you posted once I received the merchandise, but one thing I am learning is not to make feel good or impulsive purchases. What looks good may not always be what’s best. On the liquidation site before you bid you can get an estimated shipping cost and then factor that cost into your profit margin and into the most of what you are willing to bid on an item. If you bid on an item that’s $100 and the shipping is $300 then you are already on the losing end. Always read the sellers comments and take the time to view the manifest, just because it says 500 units and you see a photo of a microwave may not necessarily mean you are going to be purchasing 500 microwaves,it could be 10 microwaves and 490 units of socks (so view the manifest) Read the shipping fine print. Review the sellers history, with repeat buyers and seller cancellations and disputes. By taking the time on researching and being informed in the beginning the less likely you will be surprised and pissed off in the end.
I bidded on 500 pcs new 24k gold plated hoop earrings that comes with 10 pair of geneva watches his and hers . I won it for 140 usd, and paid total of 199 usd included shipping and premium. The shipping took one week, knowing the seller is only 1 hour drive and 30 minutes from my location, yet I had to pay shipping fee of 40 usd, so crazy! …The product arrived, and surprised how the new 24k gold plated looks liked. Some of them are tarnishing and the quality of the earrings are so very cheap made, knowing that they are 24k gold plated, ofcourse made in china. In the Philippines I could honestly buy them 15 cents each. I filed for dispute and submitted some pictures evidences of deffect and after like 5 days I got noticed that I won the dispute and they sent me return label. I just dropped the return package today to the ups, I don’t know yet if I’ll get the full refund since there is more process to do, but I let you know guys if this transaction goes successful or not, wish me luck!:)
Bid I should say, sorry for the tenses…
